Overview

The city of St. Charles County, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2009 edition. St. Charles County, Mo. County Code, § 500.010 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Residential Code, 2009 edition. St. Charles County, Mo. County Code, § 500.070 (adopted with amendments).
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition. St. Charles County, Mo. County Code, § 500.090 (adopted with amendments).

Residential Building Code
